Russia and Vanuatu have a mutual visa-exemption arrangement that allows relatively generous short-stay access. Travellers should still complete the migration card on entry and observe stay-registration rules for longer visits.
For some clients this is a practical benefit; for others it is simply one more example of the Pacific- and Eurasia-facing mobility a Vanuatu passport provides.
While short visits are visa-free under the bilateral agreement, complete the migration card on arrival and keep your portion until departure. Stays beyond the permitted period, or purposes such as work or study, require the appropriate visa. Registration of your stay may be required depending on the length and your accommodation type.
